Dear Black People,

When you see a black women speak in correct sentences and can pronounce all our syllables don't say she is speaking "PROPER" ! Saying that is an insult and is not a compliment. Even when you say they are speaking "WHITE" 

Dear White People,

Embrace the fact that you wear weave just because you say it's clip-In's, extensions,  or whatever you call it's still weave. That doesn't change the fact it came from a horse, or human hair from Brazilian or Malaysian

Telemarketers

Not every time we see a bill collector we ignore the call. Sometimes we answer (By accident) usually with an accent ;)

You know what frustrates me the most is when ME as a black person walks by your car and you lock your doors....
  I don't want to steal you car I have no need to.
And black people to the same thing just because we are in a big group doesn't mean we are up to no good.
